In Vivo Model U87MG-derived GSCs (2×10⁶ cells/egg) were mixed with ECM gel (40 μL/egg) in the absence or presence of the compounds (5 μg/egg) and placed onto the CAM (8 eggs per group).
Result Our findings suggest that a novel combination therapy involving berbamine and ArcA could effectively eradicate glioblastoma stem-like cells.
